Chris Lefebvre has always enjoyed helping people, so when a friend started his own brokerage firm, it was a natural step for Chris to become a real estate agent. With a degree in engineering, and as the co-founder of a successful marketing communications company, Chris brings a unique set of skills to eXp Realty. Born and raised in Methuen, Massachusetts, Chris works with buyers in the North Shore of Massachusetts, the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. Chris is particularly familiar with Andover, North Andover, Salem New Hampshire, Haverhill, and Methuen. Finding the real estate business to be “challenging and rewarding,” Chris describes his greatest strength as determination in the face of challenges. He says, “If that challenge is helping you buy or sell residential real estate, then you want me on your side.” Chris equips himself with the right tools to make a listing shine – he owns a digital SLR camera, and “is not afraid to use it.” He explains that a large part of marketing a listing is “about pictures.” Chris is the father of three children, one of whom who has special needs, and loves spending time with his family. A true outdoorsman, he also enjoys boating, camping, archery, bird watching, biking, exercise and fitness.
