We offer agents and brokers a collaborative environment, the most aggressive and lucrative gross commission revenue share plan in the industry with no cap, and much more. Given high overhead costs in relation to revenues, the fact is that profit sharing plans based on net office profitability are not putting real money in agents’ pockets. At eXp we employ a 7 level revenue share program that’s based strictly on GROSS COMMISSION INCOME. In short, our agents earn 3.5% of the gross commission on every deal done by every agent they bring in. I have enclosed for you a print out of realistic numbers that you would be looking at if you were to join eXp and refer approximately 2 agents per month to us over the course of a year. The 170k number at the bottom represents annual passive residual income based on modest performance assumptions by agents who would be in your revenue tree but who would be the responsibility of, and coached, trained and mentored by, our state broker. The current real estate market is challenging. The eXp model removes significant pressures of operating in this environment such as high overhead and other fixed recurring expenses in the face of diminished transaction volume and lower revenues.
